Our Warranty Policy is very simple, but here are the details:
Submit your request in writing for your site.
Deliver all the required data on your self and your company as quickly as possible.
Respond to our request for additional information ASAP. (when needed)
Provide us with your most current information at the time of our request.
Point out any errors you find in the site as soon as you see them.
Use your e-mail accounts to send documents as attachments. (It's faster, and there is less chance of misspelling or misunderstandings about the content.)
Appoint ONE person in your company to give us information and site building instructions.
Cherry L Enterprises will use the information you provide and start your web site within (2) weeks from the date of your order provided you have complied with the above terms. At that point the site will begin to take shape, and you will be send draft copies of pages to approve. Your approval respond time is very important to overall success of the site development.
Cherry L Enterprises will provide you with a CD of your site after the construction of the site is complete and the final payment for the construction is received. It's your site and you own it at that point.
Cherry L Enterprises will then provide you with what ever hosting agreement you have chosen to use for your site. Your web site data will be loaded on your hosting server and the maintenance agreement will begin.
Cherry L Enterprises will respond to any change required to your site within (3) working days of the e-mail or fax request to do so. If detail of the change is not clear to us you will be contacted before the (3) day time period to clear the issue.
