  1  Scanning legal documents to electronic searchable images:

This one of the hottest items in the Virtual Assistant Business in my opinion. When you think about the cost of storing your records for up to seven years it's staggering.Then there's the space used by all those boxs or filing cabinets that could be used for making money, not wasting it.   2  Storage of electronic data to disk , flash or harddrive

You can have your choice of methods for storage either on-site or off.Each provides a level of security and reliability equal to or greater than your current method. Secondly,because you can easily copy and keep your records in seperate locations you have an even high level of protection than you can get from paper alone.

  3  Convert images to PDF format for IRS records

The IRS has ruled that PDF formated copies of your records and documents are an acceptable method of delivery.Your PDF formated files will be accepted and considered as originals.

  4  Scanning photos to electronic images

Old photos of loved ones and pictures of old family homes are decaying each day they exsist in the our atmosphere.They just where not designed to last very long. Scanning them to electronic images will perserve them and the memories forever.

  5  High Quality Imaging

Cherry L Enterprises uses high quality software and hardware to scan and save your data and photos.They are then transfered to your storage devices and delivered to you. All scanning is backed up on secure severs until you recieve and validate the transfer. At that point the back is destroyed. If you perfer your data may remain on our severs as a secondary storage and backup copy.

A fee for this service is payable by the year.
